In our first session at the (virtual) clinic, we chat all about your business, your customers, your goals, mission, and values. This is where I listen to the beating heart of your business.

Before dishing out the meds I check back in with you. I send you an inspirational mood board of colours, textures, and visuals. Following feedback, I make revisions before whipping out my prescription pad.

The Surgery
Your dose of visual branding is delivered. Then we step back into the clinic to chat before revisions are made. The final package comes with a handy PDF guide (yep, we’ll have no overdosing here).

The Aftercare
You have full access to me to ask anything about your new branding for two weeks. We’ll have one final checkup before sending you out into the world to dazzle those dream clients of yours!

No problem. The best thing to do is for us to have a chat and then I can easily advise you.

Anything and everything… well, within reason! I can turn my hand to PowerPoint templates, email templates, business cards, social media templates. The list goes on. The best thing to do for jobs like this is to book a half or full day at the Design Day Clinic as detailed above.

I include Canva templates in the Full Dose branding package to help make it easier for you. And fret not, if you want help on small projects in the future you can always book in for a Power Hour or session at the Design Day Clinic.

Yes, absolutely! Normally my clients pay 40% to start, 40% in the middle and 30% at the end, but I am very happy to split this into instalments if it helps.

I love your energy! I work on a first come, first served basis. Let’s jump on a call and I can tell you my current availability. To secure our start date you just need to pay the deposit. If you have a very tight deadline then I can add a 40% rush fee to bring extra hands on board to turn it around ASAP.

Once you have got a solid brand identity sorted it becomes much easier to DIY it. You don’t need to keep paying a designer for inconsistent bits and bobs because you’ve got a complete kit of templates, colours, fonts, graphics, and logos. So no matter what you create it will always look on-brand going forward.
